These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Iron Thread Films website. Iron Thread Films operates the site from Virginia. Please use this website only in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

Website information and client engagements

The website presents our work, capabilities, and services for general information. Viewing the site, viewing services or pricing, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or communicating with us does not by itself create a client relationship or obligate Iron Thread Films to provide services, reserve dates, or accept a project.

Actual engagements are governed by the applicable accepted proposal, quote, and/or Production Services Agreement. Those documents establish project scope, fees, payment terms, scheduling, revisions, deliverables, rights, and other engagement requirements. These website terms do not replace or amend a Production Services Agreement. If an engagement document conflicts with these terms concerning that engagement, the engagement document controls.

Intellectual property

Films, photography, graphics, branding, logos, copy, portfolio materials, design, and other website content are owned by Iron Thread Films or by the respective clients, creators, licensors, or other rights holders, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Displaying a work in our portfolio does not imply that we own every element or grant a license to use client brands, music, likenesses, or third-party materials.

You may view the website and share links for lawful personal use or internal business evaluation of our services. Ordinary temporary browser copies are permitted for that purpose. Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or written permission from the appropriate rights holder, you may not download for reuse, copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit website content, or remove ownership notices. Public availability is not permission to reuse a work. Project-specific usage rights are established in the applicable engagement documents.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not amend an existing production agreement. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
